During this 60 minute session, I will assess muscle strength, flexibility, breathing patterns, posture and more to determine a customized plan for you. We will also discuss your health history and current lifestyle in depth to achieve a well rounded plan of care.

These 45-60 minute sessions include exercise progression, education, lifestyle management, and manual therapy (myofascial release, massage, cupping, etc) to help you achieve your health goals.
Pricing: $85

One 45 minute call to identify goals and action based steps to achieve your long term vision. This would take place after a free discovery call to establish background.
Pricing: $60.00

This is appropriate for clients who have multiple goals and/or complex health issues that have kept you from meeting your goals. This includes a 90 minute discovery call and 11 subsequent coaching calls (45 minutes each).
Pricing: $780.00
