“Nicolette is absolutely wonderful! She is so sweet, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. Pelvic floor therapy can sometimes involve situations that feel awkward or uncomfortable, but Nicolette has a way of making you feel completely at ease and comfortable from the very beginning. She is also a wonderful listener and truly takes the time to understand what you’re experiencing. I always felt heard, respected, and in such good hands. I’m so grateful I found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pelvic floor therapist!”

— Katie“I'd never heard of a pelvic floor physical therapist (PFPT) and was honestly apprehensive once I learned what that meant. But after ongoing pain with walking, incontinence when weight lifting or sneezing, and frequent urination, I took the leap — and it turned out to be one of the best medical decisions I've ever made.
Nicolette helped me understand why my body was doing what it was doing. I had no idea pelvic floor muscles could be the culprit — every PT I'd seen before focused on strengthening, and the pelvic floor simply never came up. What I actually needed was to learn how to relax, not just strengthen. She broke the exercises into small, manageable doses, so nothing felt overwhelming, and even taught me breathing exercises I didn't know I needed.
Her presence feels like that of a mental health therapist — kind, attentive, and deeply respectful of how sensitive this care can be. I only wish I'd found her sooner, but I'm grateful I finally did. She's been a gift to my well-being, and I'll keep seeing her whenever I need support.
